Garnier PureActive 3 in 1 - Review
I have been using this scrub for a few weeks now so I thought I would tell you what I think about it.
First thing first. This is a product that you can use both as a face wash, scrub and mask. It says on it that it's made for Oily skin with imperfections.
When you use it as a wash or scrub you simply just wet your face with water, massage the product all over your face excep for close to your eyes then wash it off with water and dry your face with a towel.
When you use it as a mask you apply it all over your face except for around your eyes. It says on the tube that you should leave it for three minutes but I usually leave it for for about 5-10 minutes because it doesn't have time do dry completly if I only have it on for three minutes. When it has dried you wash it off with water.
So now on to what I think about it. As a wash/scrub I think it feels nice on the skin when I use it and my skin feels really nice when I wash it of. I didn't really notice any differenc on my skin between this scrub and the one I used before which was the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit scrub which I also liked. My skin still looks nice and feels nice so I would say it's a pretty good scrub that cleans your skin and leaves it feeling fresh and nice. I use it to wash/scrub my face every night.
As a mask I'm quite impressed by it. I only use it as a mask if I have any spots since it's for oily skin and I would say my skin is normal right now so I don't want to use it as a mask too often. When I do have a few spots I use this mask once a week and leave it on for 5-10 minutes as I said before. The day after or two days after I can usually see a huge differenc on my spot. They are almost gone and scars and red spots I have from old blemishes don't look as prominent which is one thing that I love about this mask. I have a few red marks on my cheek from blemishes I had a couple months ago and they never seemed to fade, but the first time I used this product as a mask I could see that they weren't as red the day after I used the mask.
As a summary of my opinion on this product I would say that it's a good scrub and a brilliant mask if you have any spots. It's supposed to be for oily skin but my skin is pretty normal now and it still works great for my so I would say you probably can use it if you have normal, combination or oily skin. I don't know how it would work for someone with dry skin but I'm guessing this wouldn't be for you.
I definitely recommend this to anyone that have or sometimes gets spots or blemishes and are looking for a good affordable scrub or mask.

Mini Beauty Haul
I needed to stock up on a few beauty products recently so I thought I'd show them in a little haul.
The first thing I needed was a new moisturizer. I used the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit one before and I like it but I wanted to try something else and I'm happy I did because this is the best moisturizer I have tried. It is the Nivea Pure and Natural Moisturizing Day Care for normal to combination skin. I have only used it for about two weeks but I can already see a differenc in my skin. I just quite recently started to have one or two spots all the time, I never had any problems with breakouts when I was around 15 which I think seems to be when most people struggle with that. I don't really know if you can say that I have a problem with them since there only is one or two at a time but it's more that I have had before. Anyhow, since I started using this moisturizer I haven't had any and this is the only thing I have changed in my skin care so it has to be thanks to this. I would definetly recommend it to anyone with normal to combination skin!
The next thing I needed a new one of was foundation and it was an easy choise. I have heard so much good about it and I have used another foundation from Max Factor that I also loved so there was no doubt that it was the Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless I would go for. I have only used it for a couple days but so far I like it. It gives good coverage at the same time as it doesn't feel like I have anything on my face.
I also bought a new wash/scrub but I haven't started using it yet so I can't say what I think about it. It is the Garnier Pure Activ 3 in 1 and I mostly have heard good reviews about it so I'm hoping I will like it.
Then I just picked up a facemask on the way to the cash desk. It is a peel of mask which I like and it says that it freshen up the face but I'm not expecting anything magical from it.
Have you tried any of these products? If so, what do you think about them?

First Impression: L'oreal Sublime Soft Micellar Cleansing Water
I have only use this product for about a week but I wanted to say what I think about it so far so I guess this is more lika a 'first impression' post than a review.
My very first thought about this when I woke up on the morning the day after I used it the first time was: WOW! I had two spots on my cheek but I could see a big difference on them after just using this cleansing water one time.. I was still a little red but the actual spots had gotten much smaller. The funny thing about that is that it says on the bottle that it is for dry and sensitiv skin so then I don't expect it to do anything with my spots since you mostly get spots from oiliness. So that is one big positive thing!
It also removes my make up really well. I usually use this on a cotton pad, then my scrub, then this again when I wash my face on the night and i feel like it really washes of all the dirt.
So right now I don't really have anything negative to say about this at all. I would recommend it to most people, no matter your skintype, since I have combination and it works like a dream for me.

Nivea Sun Moisturising After Sun Lotion
We all know how important it is to protect our skin from the sun and we always hear so much about different sunscreen and makeup products with SPF. But people don't really talk that much about after sun lotions, which I think can be almost as important.
I always get sunburnt in the begining of the summer, it doesn't matter what sunscreen I have on. My skin, specially on my shoulders will be as red as a tomato. I remember one time when I was probably about 6 or 7 years old and I got so burned on my shoulders and it hurt so much that I couldn't sleep and ended up crying in my parents bed.
This is obviously a lotion that you apply after you have been out in the sun and it calms and moisturises your skin. It also says that it makes you tan last longer.
I think this works really good, it feel nice when I apply it and really makes the red sunburn go away and turn into a more tanned colour faster.
One more thing I really like about it and is probably one of the reasons to why it works so good is that it contains aloe vera which is really calming for the skin.
If you have burnt you skin really bad you might want to use something like the Jason Soothing 98% Aloe Vera Gel which I think is amazing. It works amazing if you have burnt yourself on the oven or a curling iron or something else too.

Nivea Daily Essentials Moisturizing Day Care
In my post about my skincare I said that I liked the moisturizer I used then but it was for dry skin and now my skin is combination so I wanted to try the same one but one that would be good for my skintype. Here it is.
Some brands have products for normal skin, some for all skintypes and some have for combination skin. I personaly feel like all those three are kind of the same thing from what I have experienced. This moisturizer is for normal skin and it works good for me. It's not the best but it's definitely not bad.
It feels nice and moisturizing on the skin and works great under my make up. It has UV-protection in it which is good, especially now when the sun is out more. It actually smells a little like sun protection to me, which I don't mind.
It does what it says, moisturizes the skin, so that's why I think it's a good product.
The reason to why I don't think it's better than 'good' it that I still don't feel like it does that much. I mean, it doesn't makes my skin any clearer and it doesn't make me break out any less. But it doesn't claim to do that either so I can't really complain.

Nivea Essential Care
I have quite dry lips so I like to try different lip balms to see which ones works the best for me.
This is unfortunately not one of them. I have read other rewies of the product and most people seems to think it's good but for some reason it doesn't really work for me.
It does feels nice on the lips when you apply it and it also feels quite moisturizing but it doesn't do anything for me in the long term. I mean, it feel nice when I have it on my lips but after a while my lips feel just a dry as they did before I applied it. I would have to reapply it all the time to make my lips feel and look nice.
I'm going to use this one up but I'm not going to repurchase it and I wouldn't recomend it from my own experience with it. Maybe it works better for people with not as dry lips as mine.
I don't think so many people would say that they like it if it's not a good product but I feel like I need something more.

My skincare routine
These are all the products I use for my skincare right now and I'm quite happy with all of them.
The first thing I do on the night is to use the Nivea Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover. I used to use one from L'oreal that I loved but I actually think I like this one even more. It's so easy to get rid of both eyeliner and mascara, and it's goes fast. That might be because it's made for waterproof make up and the make up I use isn't.
Next I use the Nivea pure and natural cleansing milk for all skin types. It says on it that you're supposed to use it with a cotton pad but I find that it works much better to use it on wet face with my hands, then wash it off.
After that I scrub my face with the Neutrogena visibly cleas pink grapefruit daily scrub. This is also I product I really like. I feel like my skin has become more clear since I started using this. It's a quite gentle scrub so there is no problem with using it everyday. It also smells good which is always a plus.
Now I need to moisturize my skin with the Nivea Daily Essentials Nourishing Day Care. I do like this but now I have the one for dry skin, which was what I needed on the winter, bot now I think one for combination skin would be better and that's probably the one I'm going to buy when I'm out of this one. (Yes I use a day cream on the night).
Last I use my Vitamin E Eye Cream from The Body Shop that you can read what I think of here.
On the morning I just use the cleansing milk which makes my skin feel fresh and then I moisturise with the same cream as on the night.
Btw, follow my blog on bloglovin if you want!
Btw again, I have now I header that I'm happy with!

The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream
I have dark circles under my eyes and my skin has been a little dry there. That made me want to try a eye cream a few months ago and this is the one I bought.
It says on their webpage that it hydrates the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines.
I think it does that. I can easily see that my skin is much more moisturized since I started using this. I don't feel like it has done so much with my dark circles but the fact that my skin is softer makes my concealer go on smoother and it's easier to hide them.
This is the only eye cream I have tried so I can't say how it works compared to any other.
I would recommend it to people that feel like they need to moisturize their under eye area and have fine lines.

How I take care of my lips
I have quite dry lips so now I'm gonna tell you how I take care of them. It's really simple but it also works.
If you have dry lips it's important to exfoliate them to you get rid of the dead skin. I know there is many lipscrubs out there, I've heard good things about the ones from Lush for example. Even though I need to scrub my lips a couple times a week, at least on the winter, I have never tried a lip scrub. Instead I take a normal towel and have a corner of it under hot water. Then I squeeze out the excess water and use that corner as a scrub. I know you can to the same thing with a toothbrush but I find that that just hurts.
I, as many other, think that carmex is really good. I apply quite a lot of this on the night and when I wake up my lips are soft and nice.

After I have done that I need to moisturize my lips and for that I use carmex.
I use this during the day then I feel like I need to but then I don't apply as much. I find that it works better for me to apply a little several times rather than applying a lot a few times during the day.
If I want something moisturizing but also with some colour I use this.
I have it in the colour "Rose" which looks like this in the lips.
(I don't have any foundation on so sorry for my skin)
I think this lip balm is really good for its price. I can feel that it moisturizes my lips as the same time as it gives a pretty colour with good pigmentation considering it's a lip balm.I might need to apply this more often that the carmex to really keep my lips moisturized but I think it's worth it when I want some colour on my lips.
